journey to light

Jun. 20th, 2009 10:10 am Should I have a goal in meditation?

Once I had this beautiful mediation experience of total bliss, expanded consciousness…and complete benevolent love. About 3 days later it was followed by intense sadness and contraction. I phoned a dear friend, who is also a satsang teacher to chat. He said “Christine, you need to let go of the sadness AND the bliss”. I remember being stunned for a second, because I could see the mind trying to figure out a way to get back to that bliss, and just stay there. “You need to always let everything go, and start your meditations with an empty bowl…and at the end, let go of whatever happens in your mediation. Don’t bring it with you.” What he was pointing to, which I later came to on my own, was that if we hang onto experience, then the mind forms an attachment to it. Then it forms a mental position about that experience from the past. Then it has something to defend if someone challenges it. What I came to was to make every moment new. And continue to release all defences. In defencelessness, one can truly rest, and let go of any guardedness. This is helpful in communicating, and truly MEETING people, in a real open and honest way.

Jun. 16th, 2009 11:01 am What can I do about the suffering in the world?

What can I do about the suffering in the world? If the world is an illusion, why do I feel so much sadness about children starving, and animals suffering?

There is a difference between compassion that unconditionally loves and acts in the world, and projecting your inner pain onto the world. Only you can know what is what. Is there anything left inside you that is suffering? If so, deal with that first. If not, then you are being moved by compassion. If that is the case you will be called to service, you will know what to do in each moment, because true compassion is balanced with wisdom, and clarity. Each moment consciousness moves you through life with total clarity, and you will just know what to do. Compassion will at times push you to act, and to DO something, but if it is from a clear place within, you will just know…..no suffering no anguish…just consciousness moving itself consciously in life….moment to moment.

Jun. 16th, 2009 10:31 am The paradox of non duality and uniqueness in form

Imagine a stained glass window. The shapes and colors of glass are symbolic of your life influences, and conditions from birth to now. Picture three or four stained glass windows side by side, each one is different in its compilation of shapes and colors of glass. If you are standing on one side of the glass, all you see is the sun, and the sun is the same sun no matter where you are looking. If you look on the other side of the glass, you will see the sun coming through the different shapes and colors of glass. If you have never seen the sun at all, as just pure SUN, then you might mistake the light as something that comes from the stained glass, as opposed to through the glass. You might start to think that the light coming through one set of glass is different than the one sitting next to it. You might think this ‘Mooji shaped” glass is a way better light than this “Adyashanti shaped” glass sitting beside it.  When you have seen the sun, you know, the sun is the sun ... it is all the same light, regardless of which glass is it shining through.

Once you have been outside enjoying the sun for a while, you will recognize the light of the sun IN the shapes and colors, as well as the light shining THROUGH the glass. So within form there is this uniqueness to be enjoyed and admired. Once you know what the pure light of consciousness is … beyond form, you can then see it everywhere you look. And then you can really appreciate the lit up colors within form, knowing that the SUN is what you are really looking at. All stained glass windows can then be appreciated in their uniqueness, because the sameness of the sun is also seen. (Symbolically speaking)

You can also take this analogy further, and say that at one point there was a seeming cloud in front of the sun, and the glass was not fully lit up. (The clouds being symbolic of misidentification of the mind, or the world of form) This adds to further confusion to someone standing on the inside of the glass that has never seen the sun. They would mistake the lit up glass as special, or different than the glasses that are not very bright.

Once the sun has been seen, (once you know yourself to be formless pure non personal consciousness) then the glass does seemingly change, in the sense that it gets much brighter. (Although this does depend on the angle with which you are looking at the glass from) The glass itself then becomes impossible to separate from the light within it, both are seen as one.

Jun. 9th, 2009 01:18 pm The gift of ice cream

One upon a time there was a village in the desert, there wasn’t a lot of shade, and the sun was very very hot. One day a man rode into town while most of the villagers were away getting water from the well. The stranger had a container on the back of his camel, and some of the children grew curious, and walked over to see what it was. The stranger pulled something out of the container, and told them, “this is called ice cream, it is cold, refreshing, sweet, and delicious, but I don’t want to waste time in the hot sun telling you about it, or it will melt, please just taste some” So the children each took one taste and were amazed. “Wow!” they said” It IS the most amazing thing we have ever tasted! It is cold, sweet, delicious, and creamy”. The man smiled, handed the children the rest of the container, and rode away on his camel.

The children decided it would be a great idea to share this amazing new discovery with the adults in the village, so they walked around, but no one could be found. Some of the children wanted to save the rest of the ice-cream until the grownups came back from the well…and others wanted to quickly eat it all before they returned. They decided to each take two more bites, and save the rest. Time past, and the sun grew hotter, and the ice cream began to melt. The children noticed the ice cream melting and wondered what to do now. Just at that time a women walked toward them. “what have you there” ? She asked. The children told her of the stranger who came to town and described the ice cream. She said “well that sounds truly wonderful, may I have a taste”? So the children handed her the container. As she tasted it, her eyes grew wide, “wow” she said, that IS amazing, so sweet, and full of flavour…but it is not cold like you said” The children looked at each other and all had a quick taste. “hmmmm said the eldest girl, the ice cream has melted, and now tastes different, it is no longer cold and refreshing, but it is still delicious” A few more adults walked up and had a taste of the melted ice cream. The children tried to explain how wonderful this new discovery was, but they had trouble describing the coldness and refreshing qualities, as the ice cream was now hot, and runny. Soon the ice cream had been all eaten, and the rest of the villagers returned from their trip to the well. The children gathered around them and told them about the ice cream. The grown ups had trouble understanding what they were talking about, as they had never tasted anything so delicious, cold refreshing and satisfying as the children were describing the ice-cream as.

The eldest girl decided to write a book about the ice cream, so as to help the adults understand. She wrote pages and pages all about the texture, the sweetness, the fluffy firm constancy, and of course the sensation of it melting on her tongue. Her book was beautiful and poetic, filled with lovely words of a delightful joy that is ice cream.

Soon the book was passed around to all the village, and some people stood forward and decided that, even though they had not tasted the ice cream themselves, they understood completely what it was like. So they left to travel to the next village and educate them on this wonderful treat they had discovered. Soon the message of this promise of ice cream had traveled across all the land. People had many ideas and stories of this wondrous joy.

One day a child from the first village had grown old enough to travel for herself. She rode into the neighbouring village and over heard some of the people talking about ice cream. She walked over and said “yes yes! I have tasted this, it is truly an amazing treat” The adults laughed at her and said, “a women could not understand what we are discussing here my child, especially not someone of your age or class, please leave…no one wants to hear from you.”

“But you don’t understand…I have tasted this ice cream for myself, it is truly a delicious experience”

“Have you have read the most recent books on the subject? Can you quote the list of ingredients or can’t you?”

“I can not quote the book at all.” she replied “but I do know the taste, I have eaten it myself.”

“If you can not quote from the latest book, we will not talk with you; you don’t know what you are talking about at all,”

“Why don’t you try me?” she said” ask me a question about ice cream, and will tell you about it, from what I have tasted”

The adults looked at each other and nodded.

“OK then, if you are such an expert, then tell us, we have been arguing all day. Is ice cream warm or cold?”

She smiled, remembering how the ice cream had melted in the warm sun that day. “Well” she responded “the ice cream is cold; unless it sits out in the sun for awhile, then it melts, becomes runny, and warm. The taste is still delicious, but the warm runny ice cream is different than when it is cold”

Some of the adults were truly amazed by her knowledge of ice cream when she had never read the books about it. “How can you know this? Have you been reading the books in secret?”

She explained to them once again that she had tasted it for herself, but they didn’t believe her. After some time passed, they resumed their arguing over whether ice cream is fluffy or runny, warm or cold.

The child walked away with her heart heavy, and sad. She continued to travel her way through the neighbouring villages. While she was enjoying her new found freedom to branch out on her own, she couldn’t shake the feeling of sadness about all the arguing in the village. Time passed, and in her exploration she discovered a covered tent off in the middle of the desert in between two towns. She was feeling much thirst and fatigue, and wondered if she could go inside and take a rest.

Amazed and excited, as she looked inside, she let out a scream of delight to find it was the stranger who had visited her village all those years ago. Excited, and elated, she asked the man if he had any more ice cream. “Of course” he responded “Ice cream is what I do, I am an ice cream maker”. He told her he was so happy she came by, because he was looking to retire his business, and had hoped that one of the children form the village would come by and help out. He told her that he needed to teach her how to make ice cream herself, and then she could have it as often as she wanted. “I have an even better idea” she said. “All of the children in the village have grown old enough to travel and explore on our own beyond the borders of our own village. Why don’t I go and ask them all to come and help. That way we can make lots and lots of ice cream, and deliver it to all of the other villages near by?” The man agreed, and soon all the children were excitedly milling around the ice cream maker’s tent. Before long, they had all learnt how to make the delicious treat for themselves, and began traveling to the villages with containers of ice cream for the villagers to taste.

Before long, the ice cream tent expanded, and grew. Time passed, and the villagers were so excited by the new discovery that they learnt how to make ice cream for themselves. To this day, you will find an ice cream tent found within each village, where there is always more than enough to go around. And of course….all of the arguing about the taste, had vanished, for everyone knew, they could just go and taste it for themselves.

The end.

May. 22nd, 2009 02:55 pm surfing the wind

One day i was meditating and looking out my window a this gorgeous tree blowing in the breeze. I had been contemplating for a time about the concept of control, "was i really in control of my life?" Was the queston present a the time. . I was watching how the leaves so effortlessly just blow in the breeze...they are just blown in such freedom and ease. I started to feel as if i was one of those leaves, LIFE being the wind, and this "me" being the leaf.  An insight came into this space of inner stillness... that from the perceptive of this one leaf..how could there be such a thing as to control where it blows? The leaf is such a small object, being moved by such a large and powerful force. The thought came.."surrender"..."ahhh so this is surrender...to let go, and to allow yourself to be blown", thought said.  With that there was a deep resting and trusting this powerful force that was the wind, and this "me" as effortlessly being blown like the leaf.

Time passed and again i was meditating one day in deep contemplation watching the very same tree, and those leaves blowing in the wind. This day as insight came a new thought arose "ahhhhhh but i am the WIND, AND the leaf". The resting, trusting, and surrender then moved to a new level of awareness....being the wind and the leaf meant there was a direction with which this flow of wind was intelligently moving. The wind knows where the leaf will go. Consciousness is moving itself consciously. At that time insight was present, but mind was chaotic as this was a very new way to look at the world, and this "me" as  a moving force in the world. Yet the stillness behind the chaos was truly vast...and from within this vastness consciousness moved itself into the mind... Into the chaos and said. "invite everything into this space, all is welcome to flow in harmony like this" And so the leaf was given permission to flow as it always had, yet, with a new excitement, and a new joy, (a joy comparable to a child learning to swing in the park or surf in the ocean.)  it was now leaning to surf the wind, and move through this life one with the wind, living AS the wind, AND the leaf, as a dance.  What joy and freedom to be a leaf living and blowing with the wind felt within it...AS the wind and everything in it.

May. 15th, 2009 06:28 pm There is only one teacher and you are that.

What is it that teaches? Who is the teacher?

The flow of life itself is what teaches...presence, stillness, awareness, truth, consciousness. It has many names, though really can not be described or defined. The very inspiration to speak or write comes from consciousness itself. No one can own consciousness...or the inspiration that flows from all pervading intelligence as it shapes into words, and fall onto a page that you are reading right now. It is also that same intelligent awareness that is reading these words...as well as recognizing itself in them. This all pervading consciousness flows like the wind, touching everything, flowing through al things in all moments. In fact there is ONLY that consciousness and all things exist AS that. Within this world of form, this all pervading intelligence flows through all things, it is not separate from anything, everything flows AS it. So when you go outside to pick up your newspaper, and your neighbour waves and smiles, that is all pervading consciousness waving and smiling to you AS this Truth, AS this consciousness. When you sit for Satsang, the words spoken are this same flow of consciousness, this very same truth manifesting as words being spoken, and the truth within those words absorbed back into consciousness. The laughter of my son outside this door as he watches the 7 month old kitten play with a laser pointer is consciousness itself manifesting AS delight. Delight is the sound of laughter... delight is the kitten's play, AS pure unedited consciousness expressing itself. Pure joy and delight itself manifesting from all pervading intelligence to be recognized AS the perfection that it is, BY the perfection that it is. Expressing itself AS itself FOR itself, and recognized by itself AS the pure and simple joy of what is. REALIZING this truth is total freedom, awareness of the intelligence that is reading these words, that is aware of the feeling behind these words... the essence of the words is YOUR teacher. Not the words themselves, but the consciousness that is recognizing, understanding, and aware of awareness itself.

Apr. 28th, 2009 10:21 am “Is awakening teachable?”

A spiritual philosophy is just a set of ideas. Unless the true KNOWING of what you are is lived… all those spiritual books are pointless. You read the Truth, you go to Satsang and hear the truth...even feel the presence of it. But until it is LIVED moment to moment...right down into your cells...into all the human tendencies...it is still simply an idea. Another set of neurons connecting in the brain....another grouping of concepts to become identified with.

At some point there comes a time to just drop the books...ALL the holy books, and just sit...sit and rest in what you are. And then get up from your sitting and LIVE that ...BE it moment to moment...day to day. Even writing words about this right now is missing the point...the point is looking at the one reading these words...what is looking out of these eyes? RIGHT NOW? Rest in that...

This requires a willingness to drop all ideas, which can feel vulnerable...kind of like dropping clothing in public. Truth is meant to be naked...unwrapped...with no barriers of protection. Some say this is vulnerability...yet when it is allowed fully...it is simply freedom.

So can this be taught? At the deepest level no matter how enlightened and present your guru is...YOU need to drop the clothes...YOU need to sit, and BE this. Then let Grace just take you...take all...and rest. Teachers are great examples...and they assist in helping one feel supported in dropping all ideas, and BEING truth. Yet when it comes down to it...final step is done by Grace itself.

Sep. 17th, 2008 10:42 am how do i find true freedom?

You come into this world naked, having nothing but the light that shines from what you are.

You are innocent and free.

Through your life you have become identified with the many things that you have acquired.

Yet that light can not grasp those things,

it can not grip onto them or hold them.

The light can only recognize the essence of Divine love that is at the core of all things.

When you fear the vulnerability of that original nakedness...

you will continue on that quest of acquiring things, believing that the accumulation of the things around you will make you safe.

When your identity is associated with the things of this world, you become weighed down by the weight of the world.

Your light seems to become buried in the dark shadows of the things you have accumulated around you.

All that is required for you to return to that original state of innocence and freedom… is the memory of what you really are.

Once the memory of your own inherent light is restored to your awareness,

you will once again abide in the freedom of having nothing but what you are.

All you have to do on earth is remember your light and shine it.

That is your birthright,

and there is nothing in this world that you need to acquire to do so.

You only need to remove those shadows that you piled on top.

Be willing now to have nothing.

Let go of those forms that weigh you down.

Allow yourself to return to the state of your true self.

Having nothing at all, but the light that you are.

Meditation on your Divinity

(everytime you see the .... take some time to close your eyes, and go inward, stay in that deep place as long as you like)

Take a moment to picture Divinity in your mind however that looks for you…. Drop your awareness deep inside, with deep honesty and willingness to really be present to the feeling of the Divine’s love. Feel this loving presence now….. Ask yourself the question “am I willing to be loved completely?” And again drop deep inside and feel if this is true….. Take a moment to drop very deeply into the feeling of being loved completely…. Staying in this deep place, start to contemplate “what is it that is aware of this deep love”? …..Notice the similarity in this awareness that says “I AM” and the feeling of complete love….. You may notice some thoughts coming and going in the mind, please do not worry about these thoughts; just allow them to be loved completely as well….. Notice how deeply restful it feels to allow Divine love to be this complete…. Drop your awareness even deeper now into the feeling of being loved completely, and the feeling of ‘what is aware” of the Divine love itself…. Notice how the allowing of deep love, and the awareness of deep love, are one and the same…. Take a moment to feel the depth of that truth within your self….. Keep noticing the feeling of the deep love, and the awareness of the feeling of love, until pure Divine Love is all that remains. …This is what you are…Divine love itself. Allow yourself to drop very deeply into the knowing of your Divine nature…..

Sep. 10th, 2008 10:47 pm When you have freedom, you have everything.

September 5th 2008

When you have freedom, you have everything. When I talk about freedom, I mean, absolute freedom. You could insert any words here that you would like. Freedom, Truth, God, Tao, Great Spirit or Love. But I say freedom because there is less likelihood of the mind paining a picture of already knowing what that is. The mind thinks it knows God already, it thinks it knows Truth, or Love. But truly the kind of freedom I am speaking about here is the freedom from the mind itself. This freedom is way bigger for the mind to grasp hold of, as it is freedom from thought, and freedom from identification with thought.  The mind could never understand freedom from itself, unless it stepped outside of itself, and saw the bigger reality.

It is just like at night when you are dreaming. From within the dream, it is hard to understand that you are lying in a bed, and that everything that seems so real is just happening in your mind. You don't really fully understand the dream until you wake up. This same analogy can be used to explain how "when you have freedom, you have everything." If you were having one of those dreams where you are trying to get something…and you continue to chase after that something inside the dream. It seems like all that you want, is that something inside the dream. You chase it around all night, trying to get a hold of it, only to wake up in the morning to realize that none of it was real. And nothing from within that dream would have satisfied you anyway.

So too is this dream we are living in here. You have heard it said that this is an illusion. Maya. There is really nothing from within this dream that will ever satisfy you at all. It only seems like it will. That is why when you have freedom, freedom from the dream, you have everything.

Mar. 21st, 2008 03:29 pm do bad things happen to enlightened people?

Enlightenment means embracing all situations in life whole heartedly.
no resistance.
An enlightened person will run INTO every experience they are faced with...
without fear.
Simply as another situation for the soul to experience.
There is no "horrible experience" to the soul.
The car accident or the illness is simply another opportunity to witness,
because it is not a reflection of shame.
There is nothing on this planet to run FROM to the soul.

When you are putting your focus on your mind identity...
your shame and fear based patterns of unconscious behavior,
that illness or car accident will be then seen through that lense.
Because we do not want to lose that identity,
or the feeling of safety we get from that particular identity...
we tend to run from certain experiences that the mind labels as "undesirable".
The mind forms attachments to life looking a certain way because we feel safe when all our identities are not threatened in anyway.

There is a really big difference between not getting sick because you are simply a balanced healthy person,
and never getting sick because you have low self worth and are afraid of getting sick...
due to feelings of inadequacy.
If you are putting your energy into an avoidance pattern...
because of fear,
you will have a more difficult time being present,
and awake to your eternal identity.

If you are identified with your "health" because it gives you a sense of confidence...
it becomes more difficult to surrender when faced with an illness...
because you will be resisting the loss of that identity.

If you keep your focus on the awareness of your Divine essence,
no matter what is going on in your life experience,
you will see each experience in life as a Divine encounter.
An opportunity to serve and be of assistance to a higher picture.
Allow the soul, the Divine aspect of your being...
to look out your eyes,
and use this situation to serve.
Surrender it to the Divine to be of service...
and then let it go,
it is not up to you how the outcome will look.
Miracles will happen through the avenue of spirit.

Feb. 26th, 2008 01:40 pm Why are relationships hard

You have to understand how the development of a belief system is formed. Your reality, from the human perspective, is made up of experiences from your birth until now. these experiences form your belief system, moulding your identity. This identity becomes a lifeline. Without it is the fear of the unknown. You are attached to your belief system because without it you fear that you will cease to be.
When two people come together to interact in a relationship, there are two different realities bumping into each other. Your reality is made up of your life experiences and influences from infancy up until this moment. Her reality is made up of a different set of experiences and influences. But you are also unconsciously holding onto your lifeline/belief system, and you need to defend it and protect it because it defines who you are. And it (seemingly) keeps you safe. Say for example, She is attached to her lifeline, clinging and holding tightly, the way her parents thought (unconsciously) is her lifeline of this moment. She is defending that line of thought, because it is all she can see. The alternative is to let go, and free fall into the unknown. But you come along with YOUR parents line of thought, and tell her it needs be seen a different way. And her belief system says otherwise. You both are defending your belief system, your lifeline. Therefore there is conflict.

Do you think it is possible to find two identical lifelines? Think about it for a moment. Two identical sets of experiences, and influences. Pretty unlikely. So the solution is not to seek an identical lifeline. You will never find your freedom there. You may find some easier relationships, because if two belief systems are quite similar, and they can relate to each other , you feel safe in their presence. But the true solution is to let go of your lifeline altogether, and freefall into the unknown. This is where you will find who you really are, and you can form your identity, based on your eternal essence...not your past experiences, and beliefs. Then your lifeline becomes changed and new, no longer in need of protection and defence. You no longer cling to it in fear. When you feel the discomfort of someone challenging your belief system, instead of clinging to your lifeline, let go of it instead. Allow yourself to cease to be. Ask yourself, what am I defending, really? What am I attached to in this moment, and can I be WILLING to let it go?
Once you reach this point, you will realize that all you are ever faced with is God. LOVE. Beneath all belief systems, all past conditioning, experience, and influence, is the essence of what you really are. And when you can relate to another on that level, there will no longer be conflict. Just God, meeting God.

May. 14th, 2007 04:09 pm Believing vs knowing

Do you believe that God is everywhere?

Do you call to God in moments of need?
or before you meditate?

There is a difference between believing and knowing.

If you KNOW that God is everywhere,
why would you need to call for it?

Believing that God is everywhere means "i hope it is true"
it means you do not KNOW it.

KNOWING that God is everywhere means that you live it.
This is what it means to be a master...

you LIVE your knowings.

You do not just believe,
you KNOW.

When you know that you are one with the Divine, you move into a state of knowing that oneness is always there.

From that state of KNOWING oneness,
flows forth an expression of that truth.

The expression of Divine intelligence can look like anything from a miracle healing, to a syncronistic encounter, to a inspired insight of wisdom.

The way that expression flows out from you does not flow in accordance to your personal will.

It flows out from you in accordance with the greater Divine intelligence that you KNOW you are one with.

It comes from all that is,
according to a greater picture beyond all directions of time.

It can not flow from a state of "i hope it is true" because that is not true oneness....
"i hope" is not true connection.

When you live in the state of oneness with a greater intelligence,
that very intelligence will express itself through you moment to moment.

This may look like miracles, and synchronicity
to an observer...

but it is really just a natural expression of that state of oneness.

Being attached to the expressions of that greater intelligence is like the dangling carrot on the donkey.

If the expression, or result, is the goal...
it never gets near,
because you are shifting your focus outside of you,
like the donkey following the ever elusive carrot.

In following that carrot, your little will is all that can flow forth,

not that greater intelligence that you are really one with at all times.

If your goal is instead to LIVE your KNOWING of oneness...
the intelligent expression of the Divine flows out from you,
as effortlessly as light that shines forth from the sun.

Apr. 9th, 2007 12:44 pm How do i see an aura?

Seeing aura's

The soul sees the soul,
the body sees the body.

The bodies eyes see from the level of form,
the soul sees from a different set of eyes,
on a level beyond form.

To see from the level of the soul,
you need to stop for a  moment,
your identification with the body.

Let go of everything,
including who you think you are...
who you think is seeing.

When you are established in the state of identification with your formless Self...
you are seeing on a level beyond time....
beyond form.

This is true seeing...
it is how the soul sees.

When seeing from this level,
you will see far beyond the body....
to the essence of that person standing before you.

You will see qualities that are beyond time,
beyond color....
spoken in a wordless language that is beyond the mind.

Mar. 5th, 2007 12:07 pm do i have to change certian qualities about myself in order to serve?

If your intention is to serve, then that is your truth.

Qualities of your being that are undesirable to you can be used to serve the most high if you intend that.

If you give that quality over the Divine, to be used in accordance with Divine will, that quality will become the avenue with which the Divine can work through, to serve humanity.

We are not all meant to look the same.

But we can all use our uniqueness to serve.

Just as two stained glass windows can be made up of very different colors and pictures, they are both beautiful when the light shines through it.

Mar. 5th, 2007 11:58 am do bad things happen to enlightened people?

Mar. 5th, 2007 11:58 am When you go through a spiritual awakening, does your life change?

Your life situation is a reflection of where you are focusing your energy in your inner world.
If your energy is focused on feeding your victim, or wounded child archetype, then your life situation will reflect that.
Your job your home and your relationships etc...will reflect that.
When your energy shifts and you begin to identify with your true Self,
your eternal abundant Self,
Your life situation will begin to shift to reflect that inner change.
the dynamics or dances of your present relationships will change,
because the goal of that relationship has changed.
if the old goal of the relationship was to perpetuate feeding the victim archetype,
and now...you are no longer identified with a victim,
The whole dynamic of the relationship will shift to accommodate a new goal.

you may go through a period of feeling lost and uncertain.
If you feel lost, know that you no longer know who you are.
This is because old patterns and archetypes , that no longer serve you, are falling away...
as you no longer have a use for being identified with them.
Feeling lost means, letting go of the old, and diving into the new.
When you feel lost, think to yourself,
who do i want to be now?

Know that when you chose to live consciously,
you are fully at choice in each moment,
as to how you want to feel,
and where you want to focus your energy.

Mar. 5th, 2007 11:56 am Handling difficult situations...

When difficult situations arise on our lives,
We may become very aware of the layer of fear and shame that surrounds us.
When we are surrounded in a layer of shame, we tend to see the world through that layer.
It is like a mesh, or a veil, that covers your being.
When things happen in your life that trigger an emotional charge,
the energy will flow out from you and hit that layer of shame,
bouncing back to you, and tainting your view of the situation.
Now you are seeing that situation from a shame based point of view.
The thicker that layer of shame is...the stronger that shame will bounce back to you.
One thing that can prolong the difficulty of your situation,
is to be afraid, or resistant, to feeling shame.

Yet if you are willing to bring that feeling of shame to the Divine...
it will take your focus from the original situation,
to a more spiritual point of view.
Enabling you to see the situation more clearly,
as well as allowing the Divine to intervene.
When you take the feeling of shame to the Divine with 100% willingness,
with the intent to surrender, to be open and vulnerable,
the feeling of shame moves through that veil.
Because you are so open the Divine can take the feeling of shame,
and transmute it into the pure source energy of Divine Love.
Each time you do this process the layer of shame and fear that seem to divide you from the Divine,
gets thinner...
moving you closer and closer to permanent union with the Divine.

When you have an intent to create or manifest in this plane...
it is important that the layer of shame is clear.
So that the energy you are sending out can leave your field,
enter the infinite, and come back to you as Divine Love and blessings.
This also gives the Divine access to work in your life,
creating the synchronicities needed to make your intentions come to life.

Mar. 5th, 2007 11:55 am How can there be different frequencies of energy...if all is one?

If you were looking at a pyramid from the top down,
there does not appear to be levels,
or steps.
This is the perspective of spirit.
From the perspective of spirit, there is only one energy.
LOVE.

From the perspective of matter...or mass,
it is like looking at the pyramid from the bottom up.
From this perspective there are definite steps or levels of energy.
The lower down levels are thicker, or denser,
more closely resembling matter.

Higher up they are faster and lighter,
more closely resembling light.

Taking steps up this metaphorical pyramid will change you own inner vibration,
as your energy aligns to the level you are stepping up to.

The closer you move to the top of the pyramid,
the more your perceptions become aligned with the perceptions of spirit.

While you are on the level closer to matter,
your perception of the world,
will match that level.
